The QR code and 10 digit tracking code label can be found on the inside surface of the booster seat door found on the underside of the highchair. Enter the 10 digit code and the other required return info below.

Bouncer Chair

The QR code and 10 digit tracking code label can be found on the bottom of the recycled plastic base (the surface that rests on the floor during use). Enter the 10 digit code and the other required return info below.

Required Return Info

STEP 1: Once you have located your 10 digit tracking code, please enter the info below and we will mail you a return shipping bag and shipping label.

STEP 2: Once you have packed your product in the return shipping bag, and applied the label, please drop it off at your local UPS or FedEx store or depot.

STEP 3: Your cash rebate will be issued as soon as your return is received.
